We are hiring for an experienced ServiceNow GRC professional with strong expertise in GRC implementation customization integration and security architecture for our Gurugram location.
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 6-8 Years
Role: Associate Manager

- Develop REST/SOAP integrations and ensure data synchronization
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Manage project delivery and technical teams
- Support pre-sales activities estimations and technical solutioning
- Work on Service Portal page design and widget configurations
- Support ServiceNow version and patch upgrades
- Configure Knowledge Base and Knowledge Articles
- Ensure security governance and compliance requirements are met
