Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
Define and implement ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB architecture aligned with enterprise standards.
Lead solution design for Discovery Service Mapping Event Management and Orchestration.
Establish governance frameworks for CMDB data quality reconciliation and lifecycle management.
Implementation & Delivery
Configure CI classes attributes and relationships to support ITOM processes.
Drive adoption of CSDM (Common Service Data Model) across business services.
Oversee integrations with cloud infrastructure and monitoring tools.
Leadership & Strategy
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders ensuring alignment of ITOM/CMDB with ITSM and ITAM processes.
Mentor developers and administrators ensuring best practices in ServiceNow development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Cloud Security Infrastructure) to ensure accurate configuration data.
Continuous Improvement
Develop CMDB health dashboards KPIs and audit mechanisms.
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Troubleshoot ITOM/CMDB issues and drive long-term stability.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB (4 years) and ITOM modules (Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Orchestration).
Hands-on experience with Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and CMDB governance.
Proficiency in ServiceNow development (Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes Flow Designer).
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident Change Problem Asset Configuration Management).
Experience in cloud integrations (Azure AWS GCP) and monitoring tools.
