Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer Support Administrator to develop enhance administer and support the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development platform administration ITSM processes integrations and production support.
Mandatory Skills
- 7 years of ServiceNow experience.
- Strong experience with ITSM (Incident Problem Change Request Knowledge Management).
- Hands-on experience with Service Catalog and Flow Designer.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Policies UI Actions and ACLs.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs Scripted REST APIs and integrations.
- Experience with CMDB CI management and Discovery (preferred).
- Strong platform administration skills (Users Groups Roles Notifications SLAs).
- Experience with Update Sets application deployments and instance upgrades.
- Experience in production support incident resolution root cause analysis and platform maintenance.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Configure and support ITSM modules and Service Catalog.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Administer the ServiceNow platform including users roles ACLs and security.
- Manage CMDB update sets releases and deployments.
- Monitor platform health and troubleshoot production issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents within SLA.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver enhancements.
- Participate in upgrades patches and platform optimization.
- Mentor junior developers and support team members.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITIL Foundation (preferred)
