Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development particularly in ITSM applications and will collaborate with internal teams implementation partners vendors and business stakeholders.

Your Job

• Design develop and implement solutions within ServiceNow (ITSM HRSD GRC/IRM)
• Develop scripts using JavaScript HTML CSS and ServiceNow scripting framework
• Configure core components such as Business Rules UI Policies UI Actions Client Scripts and Script Includes
• Build workflows/flows automate processes and support system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Develop catalog items and solutions using Studio and Flow Designer
• Work on modules including Incident Request Problem Change CMDB Service Portal Asset Management and Performance Analytics
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to convert requirements into technical solutions
• Support upgrades deployment and testing (QA/UAT) activities
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure high-performance platform delivery

Other Responsibilities

• Follow all Environmental Health Safety (EHS) security and compliance requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development (510 years overall IT experience)
• Extensive hands-on experience in ITSM modules
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript JSON HTML XML AJAX
• Good understanding of ITIL processes
• Experience in integrations and platform customization
• Strong debugging troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CSA (Certified System Administrator) Mandatory
• CIS-ITSM CIS-HR Good to have
• Experience in HRSD and GRC/IRM modules
