Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and ITAM modules.
Develop Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies Script Includes Flow Designer workflows and Catalog Items.
Implement and automate the complete hardware asset lifecycle.
Integrate HAM with CMDB and enterprise tools such as SCCM Microsoft Intune and Flexera.
Develop dashboards reports and compliance metrics.
Ensure asset reconciliation inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
