Job Description:

Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow applications.
Work with business stakeholders to understand processes and requirements.
Prepare BRD FRD user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with ServiceNow Developers and Architects for solution design.
Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident Problem Change Request and Knowledge Management.
Perform gap analysis and identify process improvements.
Support UAT testing defect tracking and deployment activities.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions.
Maintain proper project and requirement documentation.
Strong communication analytical and stakeholder management skills.
