Job Description:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow applications.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand processes and requirements.
- Prepare BRD FRD user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with ServiceNow Developers and Architects for solution design.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident Problem Change Request and Knowledge Management.
- Perform gap analysis and identify process improvements.
- Support UAT testing defect tracking and deployment activities.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions.
- Maintain proper project and requirement documentation.
- Strong communication analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Must Have:
