Strong expertise in Flow Designer IntegrationHub Orchestration Business Rules Scheduled Jobs REST APIs and ServiceNow server-side scripting. Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms such as Active Directory Azure AWS and third-party
systems.

JobRequirements*

Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using ServiceNow Flow Designer Orchestration and Integration Hub.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automation aligned with business goals.
Configure Business Rules Scheduled Jobs REST APIs and other server-side scripting to enable end-to-end automation.
Write efficient maintainable JavaScript and Glide API scripts to automate repetitive tasks and processes.
Create and maintain HLD LLD configuration guides and workflow documentation.
Conduct unit testing and support UAT activities.
Ensure solutions adhere to organizational policies security standards and ServiceNow best practices.
Provide Level 2/3 support for automation incidents enhancements and optimizations.
