Detailed Job Description:
Architecture & Design:
- Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across ITSM ITOM CMDB
- Prepare HLD LLD and architecture diagrams
- Design scalable and secure solutions
CMDB & ITOM Expertise:
- Architect CMDB aligned with CSDM
- Implement Discovery Service Mapping and Event Management
- Ensure data quality and governance
Platform Governance:
- Define standards and governance
- Conduct Architecture and CAB reviews
Implementation Leadership:
- Lead ServiceNow implementations
- Guide development teams and ensure quality
Integration & Automation:
- Integrate with cloud AD SAP and monitoring tools
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage business and IT stakeholders
- Lead solution discussions and workshops
Continuous Improvement:
- Optimize performance and drive automation
- Improve SLA and MTTR
Certifications (Preferred):
- ServiceNow CSA
- CIS (ITSM/ITOM)
