Service Trainer RO Technician
Job Summary
- Hire train and retrain technicians according to central team guidelines.
- Conduct on-site and digital quality audits using the Digital Audit SOP.
- Assess technician performance based on training and field execution; submit monthly performance reports.
- Investigate recurring job quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Lead the rollout and enforcement of new and revised Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Resolve individual field issues; escalate persistent or unresolved problems to central operations and quality teams.
- Analyze repeat jobs and recommend targeted training to close performance gaps.
- Support spare part cost optimization through usage monitoring and analysis.
- Proven experience in field operations technician management or quality assurance.
- Solid understanding of SOP development implementation and audit processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to evaluate performance and produce clear actionable reports.
- Proficiency with digital tools and audit platforms for field data collection.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Knowledge of spare part management and cost control strategies.
