Job Summary

Lead and manage end-to-end vacuum pump service and project activities ensuring alignment with customer requirements and project scopes. Develop comprehensive service execution plans schedules and manpower requirements for installation commissioning and maintenance. Oversee troubleshooting diagnosis and repair of industrial vacuum pumps and associated systems guiding technical teams effectively. Act as the primary technical and service contact for assigned customers understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Lead and supervise service engineers and mechanical technicians allocating resources and monitoring productivity and quality of work.

Requirements

6-7 years of experience in managing service projects related to industrial vacuum pumps or similar industrial equipment. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the installation commissioning and maintenance of vacuum pump systems. Proven ability to manage project lifecycles identify risks and implement corrective actions efficiently. Excellent customer management skills including handling technical discussions and service-related escalations. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in supervising and motivating technical teams.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Electronics or related field) or equivalent practical experience. Experience servicing or supporting vacuum equipment from leading manufacturers such as Pfeiffer Edwards Leybold Atlas Copco or similar industrial vacuum pump and vacuum technology brands. Proficiency in developing and managing project schedules budgets and resource allocation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of building and maintaining robust customer relationships. Willingness to travel frequently to customer project sites in Bengaluru and other locations as required.

Required Skills:

Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
