Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Working Days: 6 days per week
Overtime: Applicable after 9 working hours

We are looking for friendly hardworking and customer-oriented Service Crew Members to support daily restaurant operations. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing good customer service taking and serving orders maintaining cleanliness and supporting smooth front-of-house operations.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Greet customers in a polite and professional manner.

• Take customer orders accurately and process them according to established procedures.

• Serve food and beverages to customers promptly.

• Assist customers with menu-related queries and basic requests.

• Ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas counters service stations and other assigned areas.

• Clear tables and clean service areas after customers finish their meals.

• Assist with setting up tables counters and service stations.

• Handle food and beverages according to hygiene and safety standards.

• Assist with packing takeaway and delivery orders when required.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order service.

• Refill service items condiments napkins and other supplies as required.

• Follow proper customer service food safety and workplace procedures.

• Report customer complaints or operational issues to the supervisor.

• Support the team during busy periods and maintain efficient service.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

• Previous experience as a Service Crew Member Waiter/Waitress Restaurant Crew Food & Beverage Associate or similar role is preferred.

• Experience in a restaurant café fast-food outlet hotel catering or similar environment will be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-service oriented with a polite and positive attitude.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

• Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good teamwork and coordination skills.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts weekends and public holidays when required.

• Hardworking punctual disciplined and responsible.
  

The role involves working in a busy restaurant environment with regular interaction with customers and coordination with kitchen and service teams. Candidates should be comfortable working under pressure while maintaining professional service cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Kuwait.

• The contract is for 1 year and is renewable based on performance and requirements.

• Accommodation and transportation will be provided.

• Candidates must be willing to work according to the assigned shift schedule
