Senior Workday Data Management Analyst (C)

About The Job:

• Shift / Working Hours: 11 PM to 8 AM IST (Night Shift aligned to US business hours)
• Client is hiring an HR Specialist to manage contractor lifecycle operations and FTE data management processes.
• This role works independently with minimal supervision and partners closely with US-based HR Legal Procurement and business stakeholders to ensure accurate workforce data management compliance and operational excellence.

Essential Job Functions:

• Own contractor lifecycle management end-to-end including onboarding extensions conversions and offboarding.
• Manage FTE data across the employee lifecycle including new hires transfers promotions organizational changes and terminations.
• Maintain audit and validate contractor and employee records to ensure compliance data integrity and reporting readiness.
• Partner with staffing agencies MSPs and business stakeholders to track contractor status tenure and spend.
• Coordinate with Legal and Procurement teams on contractor agreements Statements of Work (SOWs) renewals and compliance requirements.
• Independently identify investigate and resolve data discrepancies process gaps and operational issues.
• Ensure HRIS records are maintained accurately and updated in a timely manner.
• Work closely with US-based stakeholders during night shift hours to support workforce operations.
• Monitor contractor and employee data for audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Support reporting workforce analytics and data governance initiatives.
• Utilize Jira for tracking requests issues workflows and operational tasks.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency accuracy and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications:

• 6 years of HR experience with a strong focus on Contractor/Contingent Workforce Management and Employee Data Management.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS (mandatory).
• Experience with VMS/MSP platforms such as Fieldglass DIVA or similar tools.
• Strong proficiency in Jira (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of contractor classification and co-employment risk considerations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience working in audit-driven and compliance-focused environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
