Responsibilities:
Administerengineerand operateChatGPT Enterprise Claude Enterprise
Support configuration administration monitoring upgrades and troubleshooting of KNIME Server/Business Hub and/or Alteryx Server environments
Manageuser provisioningviaEntra/SCIMmaintainingRBACvia securitygroupsSSO and access reviews.
Monitor platform health usage performance and availability.
Troubleshoot incidents and coordinatewithvendor supportfor technical Q&A
Support creation andmaintenanceofSOPs runbooks and technical documentation.
Configure and support OpenAI and Claude APIs and MCP-based integrations between AI platforms and enterprise collaboration platforms.
Configure andmaintainplatform environments administrative settings enterprise policies licensing and technicalconfigurations.
Support platform feature releases upgrades testing and develop and maintain automation for recurring platform operations.
Collaborate with product management to optimize licensing provisioning and platform configurations
Implement and maintain enterprise security controls and governance requirements across supported AI platforms.
Supportaudits compliance CAB/ECAB and change management.
Collaborate with product management tooptimizelicensingprovisioningand platform configurations.
Investigate escalated incidents involving platform configuration identity infrastructure integrations APIs performance or service availability
Participateinroot causeanalysis andimplementpreventative improvements.
Createknowledgearticles and user documentation.
Provide secondary operational support for analyst- or citizen-developed automations particularly for platform access integration deployment and runtime issues.
Partner with the US Senior Systems Engineer to provide follow-the-sun engineering coverage technical handoffs and continuity for platform operations and escalated incidents.
Work with product management to support enablement activities and user guidance.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of systems engineering or platform administration experience.
Experience with enterprise SaaS enterpriseplatformsadministration.
Working knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD SSO SCIM MFAOpenAI and ClaudeAPIs.
Strong troubleshooting analytical and communication skills.
Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise Claude Enterprise
Strong understandingofKNIME and/orAlteryxserver/business hub.
Knowledge of platform configuration and administration of AI platforms.
Experience with JiraConfluenceor Azure DevOps.
Experience inPowerShellandPythonautomation.
Relevant MicrosoftAzure AWS or platform certifications
