Description
As a Senior Specialist you will play a crucial role in designing developing and delivering SAP technical solutions across various projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing rolling out migrating enhancing and supporting SAP systems. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate closely with functional consultants business stakeholders and cross-functional teams ensuring successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Design and develop SAP ABAP solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions including customization and enhancement.
Perform code reviews ensure code quality and enforce coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues providing timely support to the team.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends and drive innovation within the team.
Document and maintain technical design and development artifacts ensuring knowledge transfer.
Participate in project planning estimating and resource allocation providing technical expertise.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development with a strong focus on S/4HANA.
Proven experience in leading and managing SAP ABAP development teams.
Expertise in SAP ABAP programming including OOPs concepts ABAP Dictionary and SAP UI technologies.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation migration and enhancement projects.
Strong understanding of SAP technical architecture and integration concepts.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Good knowledge of database concepts and SQL preferably with SAP HANA experience.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
