Job requirements
- Design develop test and deploy Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Develop custom Apex Classes Triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components and Visualforce Pages.
- Configure and customize Service Cloud features including: Case Management Omni-Channel Knowledge Management Entitlements & Milestones Email-to-Case Web-to-Case Queues and Assignment Rules Service Console
- Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Implement automation using Flows Process Builder (where applicable) Approvals and Validation Rules.
- Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards.
- Support production deployments and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with QA Business Analysts Architects and Product Owners for successful project delivery.
- Prepare technical design documents and deployment documentation.
- Salesforce Development Strong hands-on experience in: Apex Programming Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components Visualforce SOQL/SOSL Salesforce Flows
- Service Cloud Expertise Case Management Omni-Channel Routing Service Console Knowledge Base Entitlements & SLAs Email-to-Case and Web-to-Case CTI Integration (preferred)
- Integration REST APIs SOAP APIs Platform Events Named Credentials Middleware integration experience (MuleSoft Boomi Informatica etc.) preferred
- DevOps & Tools Git/GitHub/Bitbucket Salesforce DX (SFDX) CI/CD pipelines Copado / Gearset / Azure DevOps (preferred)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field.
- 4-7 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on Service Cloud implementation experience.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce App Builder
