Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Power BI to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers designers and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Design develop and maintain Power BI dashboards scorecards and reports.
. Gather business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
. Create efficient data models using Power BI DAX and Power Query.
. Develop and optimize complex DAX measures calculated columns and KPIs.
. Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server Azure Data Warehouse APIs and flat files.
. Perform data validation reconciliation and quality checks.
. Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and visualizations.
. Implement Row Level Security (RLS) and data governance standards.
. Monitor report performance and optimize datasets and queries.
. Support production deployments enhancements and issue resolution.
. Document technical designs data mappings and reporting standards.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
. Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
. Advanced knowledge of DAX Power Query (M Language)
. Strong SQL and database querying skills
. Experience with Data Modeling (Star Schema Snowflake Schema)
. Knowledge of Azure Data Services (ADF Synapse Azure SQL) preferred
. Experience with ETL/Data Warehousing concepts
. Report performance tuning and optimization
. Power BI Gateway and Scheduled Refresh configuration
. Version control and deployment best practices
Good-to-Have Skills:

. Python or R for analytics
. Azure DevOps
. SSIS SSRS SSAS
. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
. Exposure to Risk Analytics and Regulatory Reporting in Banking
