Job Summary

Job Purpose	We are looking for automation expert who should be able to showcase a great aptitude in understanding business functional and non-functional requirements to create automation solutions in the space of deployment Quality assurance and operations process. Responsibilities will include use of blend of technologies selenium/Playwright framework SOAP UI and RPA tools.
Duties and Responsibilities	ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. QA Automation Roadmap Automate process for identifying of content Interface Functional and performance issues on digital assets Hand on experience to code on Selenium Playwright Cucumber and other automation aspects Ability to understand business requirements designs including UX and Interface elements ability to question and recommend solutions in this space Ability to create Test scenarios test cases and automate them including front end elements. Map this back to the business requirements to ensure that 100% coverage of testing is achieved Create process automation streams by exploring RPA tools Publish weekly/bi-weekly defect reports/dashboards with all the stakeholders Identify correct testing strategy for automation of certain use cases Create a quarterly testing plan based of specific requirement of different digital assets Identify performance enhancement opportunities and define automation process around it Strong orientation towards automation and ability to explore identify and set up new automation processes Complete understanding of STLC and ability to implement a working model for different websites Hands on experience on customer facing website and creating end to end regression and smoke tests Generating test reports on regular basis by defining scope of work with partners Experience working with tools like Jira and Confluence or Azure boards 2. QA Responsibilities and Processes Ability to create Test scenarios test strategy test plan test cases and automate them including front end elements. Map this back to the business requirements to ensure that 100% coverage of testing is achieved Understanding of security risk and compliance management processes in the context of IT solutions delivery Must be able to think beyond obvious and find out innovative ways to deliver in tight timelines and chaotic environments Must be able to monitor and deliver key KPIs which will define a delivery and an account
Required Qualifications and Experience	PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION 4 to 8 years experience in testing field with major focus on QA of digital assets like Salesforce / website / portals / Hybrid mobile application Relevant experience in QA with strong knowledge of testing fundamentals Strong understanding of Software testing life cycle and hands on experience in execution ISQTB Certified / other relevant certification in QA automation or RPA Good exposure in API testing using SOAP UI/Swagger/Postman Complete understanding of SDLC and ability to implement a working model for different websites Hands on experience on customer facing website and creating end to end regression and smoke tests Conduct code reviews and mentor junior automation engineers. Analyze test results debug issues and provide detailed reports. Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve test coverage and efficiency. KEY TRAITS Must be able to think beyond obvious and find out innovative ways to deliver in tight timelines and chaotic environments Provide required support and inputs to the team members. Ensure that the Company standards and procedures are being followed across testing process Enthusiastic highly motivated and very detail-oriented individual - positive can do attitude Ability to create clarity and structure in a complex environment Strong leadership interpersonal negotiation project and people management skills are required. Able to work effectively with key vendors Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and demanding environment is essential Excellent communication skills and able to handle chaos and navigate through it
