Senior Software Engineer ( AIML)

We are looking for aSenior Software Engineer AI/MLwith strong hands-on experience inArtificial Intelligence and Machine Learning particularly in designing and developingcomplex production-level AI/ML solutions.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience taking AI/ML solutions from concept or prototype through toproduction deployment with a strong understanding of model integration AI/ML workflows scalability performance and reliability.

Experience inAPI development and software engineeringis also required but this will be a secondary focus compared to hands-on AI/ML expertise.

• Design develop deploy and maintainproduction-grade AI/ML solutionsfor complex business and technical use cases.
• Develop and implement AI/ML solutions using appropriate models frameworks tools and technologies.
• Work withGenerative AI Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI/ML applicationswhere applicable.
• Develop solutions involvingRAG embeddings vector databases prompt engineering model integration and AI workflows.
• Build and integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise applications and existing technology ecosystems.
• Evaluate and optimize AI/ML solutions foraccuracy performance scalability reliability and cost.
• Work with large and complex datasets and apply appropriate machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems.
• Develop and maintainREST APIs and servicesto expose and integrate AI/ML capabilities with enterprise applications.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions with databases external services enterprise applications and other data sources.
• Write clean maintainable testable and production-ready code.
• Participate in architecture discussions code reviews testing CI/CD deployment and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI/ML models applications integrations and production environments.
• Collaborate with engineering product architecture and business teams to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Contribute to technical standards best practices and continuous improvement of AI/ML engineering processes.

• Bachelors or Masters degree inComputer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Data Science or a related field.
• Strong professional experience inAI/ML engineering with proven hands-on experience building and deploying production-level AI/ML solutions.
• Experience working oncomplex real-world AI/ML use casesrather than only prototypes POCs or academic projects.
• Strong programming skills inPython. Experience with Java C# or TypeScript is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding ofmachine learning concepts algorithms model development evaluation and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with relevant AI/ML frameworks and libraries such asPyTorch TensorFlow Scikit-learn Hugging Face or similar.
• Experience withGenerative AI and LLM-based applicationsis preferred.
• Experience with concepts such asRAG embeddings vector search prompt engineering LLM integration and model evaluationis an advantage.
• Experience developing and integratingREST APIsusing frameworks such as FastAPI Flask Spring or similar.
• Understanding of software engineering principles application architecture scalability and performance.
• Experience working withcloud platforms such as Azure AWS or GCP.
• Experience with databases such asPostgreSQL MongoDB or other relational/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes CI/CD automated testing and production deployment practices is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills.

• Experience building and deployingenterprise-scale AI/ML applications.
• Experience withGenerative AI LLMs and Agentic AIsolutions.
• Experience with frameworks such asLangChain LangGraph LlamaIndex Semantic Kernel or similar.
• Experience withAI agents tool/function calling workflow orchestration and multi-step AI workflows.
• Familiarity withMCP AI guardrails LLM evaluation AI observability and Responsible AI.
• Experience integrating AI/ML solutions with enterprise APIs databases and business applications.
• Experience with AI/ML model optimization monitoring and production support.
• Cloud or AI/ML certifications are a plus.

We are primarily looking for astrong hands-on AI/ML engineerwho has experience solvingcomplex production-level AI/ML problemsand delivering reliable solutions in an enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the AI/ML lifecycle fromunderstanding the business problem and developing the solution to deployment optimization monitoring and production support.

Experience inAPI development and broader software engineeringis important but it is considered asecondary requirement. The primary differentiator for this role will be the candidates depth ofpractical AI/ML experience and their ability to build and productionize complex AI/ML solutions.
