About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and support the growth of our GBS FinOps Treasury Fraud and Finance this role you will work closely with the Product Owner Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess existing financial processes identify opportunities for automation and optimisation and develop robust Salesforce solutions. You will be instrumental in expanding the Salesforce platform across our GBS footprint creating a more efficient compliant and user-friendly environment.

Day in the life:

Lead the end-to-end technical design development and deployment of Salesforce solutions.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers on coding standards best practices and performance optimization.

Design scalable solutions across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and Einstein Bots/Chatbots.

Design and implement complex business logic using Apex classes triggers batch jobs queueables schedulables and LWC components.

Review and optimize existing implementations for performance maintainability and scalability.

Work closely with business analysts product owners and architects to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.

Lead and participate in code reviews unit testing and UAT support to ensure high code quality.

Drive integration efforts using REST/SOAP APIs Platform Events Named Credentials and Middleware tools.

Define and implement release management CI/CD pipelines and version control best practices (Git Copado or Gearset).

Maintain and enforce data security governance and compliance standards in Salesforce environments.

Youll be perfect for the role if you have:

710 years of Salesforce development experience with at least 2 years in a technical lead capacity.

Advanced knowledge of Apex (triggers classes batch jobs queueable) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Proven experience with Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and Salesforce Chatbots (Einstein/Omni-Channel).

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture data model and security model.

Experience in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs OAuth and Platform Events.

Expertise in Custom Metadata Custom Settings Flows and Process Builder.

Hands-on experience with Version Control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Copado Gearset or Jenkins).

Ability to guide developers through design reviews technical troubleshooting and code optimization.

Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience: 47 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in Sales Cloud Service Cloud or Experience Cloud environments.

Certifications (Preferred):

o Salesforce Certified Administrator required.

o Advanced Administrator or App Builder certifications preferred.

Technical Skills:

o Strong understanding of Salesforce data model security model and automation tools (Flows Validation Rules Reports & Dashboards).

o Familiarity with integration basics (email-to-case web-to-lead connected apps).

o Experience with user management territory management and case management.

Soft Skills: o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Excellent communication and documentation skills.

o Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in cross-functional teams. Education

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field. Preferred Experience

Experience supporting multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Sales Service Experience Cloud).

Knowledge of Salesforce Flow orchestration Data Loader and change sets.

Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
