Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Experience: 10 Years
Location: Project Site

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify BOQs quantity estimates and cost estimates for highway projects.

• Review and certify contractor RA bills final bills and quantity measurements.

• Monitor project costs budgets variations and claims.

• Manage contract administration change orders and payment certifications.

• Coordinate with contractors consultants and client representatives on commercial matters.

• Prepare monthly cost reports progress reports and project cash flow statements.

• Ensure compliance with contract conditions specifications and project procedures.

Qualification

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying Billing Cost Control and Contract Management for National Highways Expressways Road or Bridge Projects.

• Experience in handling EPC HAM or Item Rate Contracts is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and highway project contracts
