Senior Quality Engineer II (Performance Test Engineer)

• 58 years of experience in performance testing / performance engineering
• Strong experience with tools likeJMeter LoadRunner Gatling Locust or similar
• Solid understanding ofdistributed systems and performance bottleneck analysis
• Experience withAPI performance testing (REST-based systems)Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana Splunk Dynatrace etc.)
• Experience working withcloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker Kubernetes)
• Strong scripting/programming skills (Python Java or similar)
• Experience integrating tests intoCI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding ofSDLC Agile practices and quality engineering principles
• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Design and implement end-to-end performance testing strategies (load stress endurance scalability)
• Build and maintainperformance test frameworks and scripts using modern tools
• Execute performance tests and analyze results to identifybottlenecks latency issues and system constraints
• Work acrossUI APIs backend services and data stores to validate system performance
• Collaborate with engineering and SRE teams totune applications infrastructure and services
• Integrate performance testing intoCI/CD pipelines and release processes
• Monitor system performance using tools such asGrafana New Relic AppDynamics Dynatrace or Splunk
• Troubleshoot issues acrossapplication database and infrastructure layers
• Contribute tocapacity planning scalability design and performance best practices
• Continuously improve performance engineering practices and tooling
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve analysis debugging and test efficiency
