About the Role:
- Plan monitor and execute MEP works as per project schedule and design specifications.
- Supervise site activities.
- Review drawings technical specifications and provide necessary inputs for execution.
- Coordinate with architects consultants and contractors for resolving site-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards safety regulations and statutory compliances.
- Prepare and review work progress reports measurements and billing support.
- Identify risks and propose corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns.
About You:
- Should be able to understand the drawings and execute the work at site.
- Should be able to monitor the concrete works at site.
- Should be able to notify quality issues at the right time.
