About the Role:

• Plan monitor and execute MEP works as per project schedule and design specifications.
• Supervise site activities.
• Review drawings technical specifications and provide necessary inputs for execution.
• Coordinate with architects consultants and contractors for resolving site-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards safety regulations and statutory compliances.
• Prepare and review work progress reports measurements and billing support.
• Identify risks and propose corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns.

About You:

• Should be able to understand the drawings and execute the work at site.
• Should be able to monitor the concrete works at site.
• Should be able to notify quality issues at the right time.
