The Role
Were looking for a Senior Program Manager / Program Manager to lead large-scale EdTech programs with governments CSR partners and social organizations. Youll be the driving force behind program execution stakeholder engagement and delivery against KPIsensuring sustainable educational impact at scale.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced multi-stakeholder environments and wants their work to directly improve learning outcomes for millions of children.
What Youll Do
- Own projects end-to-end and lead high-performing teams
- Build strong relationships with government officials and partner leaders
- Develop strategic roadmaps and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Collaborate across internal teams to align program needs
- Mentor and grow team capabilities
- Prepare reports decks and case studies for management and external stakeholders
- Drive adoption and scale of ConveGenius products within state ecosystems
What Were Looking For
- Masters degree in Business Operations Project Management Social Work Technology Education or related fields
- 5 years of relevant experience (including 2 years in government projects)
- Strong program stakeholder and team management skills
- Proven ability to design and implement large-scale programs
- Analytical problem-solving mindset with adaptability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office data analysis and AI tools
- Consulting/start-up background is a plus
