Cohesity is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive execution for our Filesystem & Storage portfolio. This is a hands-on high-ownership role. Youll own execution for a defined area of our filesystem and storage platform spanning customer-managed and cloud SaaS working in tight partnership with engineering UX and go-to-market teams directly with customers across the globe.

HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Own the roadmap and PRDs for your area within Filesystem & Storage driving innovation and adoption across - Enterprise file systems and storage protocols (NFS SMB S3 etc.) Scale-out and distributed storage architecture Data mobility interoperability and platform performance Storage efficiency resiliency and scalability at petabyte scale Cloud/hybrid-cloud extensions and adjacent agentic AI-driven data management.
Go deep with engineering daily understand system internals well enough to drive real design conversations not just requirements hand-offs.
Work through disagreements with engineering using data and trade-off framing not by pulling rank or escalating by default.
Own release trade-off calls when scope quality and timeline conflict and communicate the why clearly.
Stay engaged from PRD through design review build GA and beyond. Shipped is the starting line not the finish.
Define success metrics before you ship and track them after: adoption usage depth retention support tickets NPS/CSAT.
Be the voice of the customer keep a constant pulse on markets competitors and technology trends to spot opportunities and risks early.
Partner with Marketing on packaging pricing input blogs and launch events for your area.
Track your product after it ships revisit adoption and quality data at 30/60/90 days and feed learnings back into the roadmap.

Youll partner closely with:
A Principal PM or Head of Product for Filesystem & Storage aligning your execution with the broader roadmap.
Peer PMs across adjacent areas of the Cohesity platform.
GTM teams Marketing Ecosystem Support Enablement Sales and Sales Engineering.
A progressive UX team and a world-class engineering team youll work alongside daily not just at the start and end.

WED LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
710 years of PM experience owning and shipping complex technical B2B/infrastructure products end to end not just writing requirements and moving on.
Deep hands-on experience with enterprise filesystems and storage (block/file/object); exposure to cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) or agentic AI is a plus not required.
Strong grasp of distributed systems storage protocols and performance/scalability trade-offs you can read an architecture diagram and hold your own in a design review.
A track record of delivery you can walk through in detail: what you shipped why the impact and how you measured it.
A customer-obsessed ownership-driven philosophy shipped is the starting line not the finish line.
Experience partnering with Marketing on launches packaging/pricing and blogs and a habit of tracking a product after it ships.
MBA cloud certifications or exposure to agentic AI/LLM system design are a plus not a requirement.

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
