Role Overview
The Senior Mendix Developer will design build test and maintain applications within the Mendix portfolio working under the guidance of the Mendix Tech Lead. The role requires strong hands on Mendix delivery experience fluency in Agile ways of working and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to critical incidents while providing stability to the team throughout the engagement.

Key Responsibilities
. Design develop test and deploy Mendix applications and modules in line with architectural standards set by the Tech Lead.
. Build and maintain microflows nanoflows domain models and integrations (REST/SOAP OData message queues).
. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning daily stand ups backlog refinement sprint review and retrospectives.
. Take ownership of user stories from analysis through delivery including unit and integration testing.
. Respond promptly and effectively to critical production incidents performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes within agreed SLAs.
. Conduct peer code reviews and follow established coding security and performance standards.
. Contribute to technical documentation release notes and knowledge base articles.
. Support version upgrades and regression testing activities led by the Tech Lead.
. Maintain continuity and stability within the team by remaining engaged and consistently available throughout the engagement period.
. Proactively identify risks technical debt and improvement opportunities within the portfolio.

Required Qualifications
. Mendix Intermediate or Advanced Developer Certification (mandatory).
. Minimum 5 years of hands on software development experience with substantial experience delivering Mendix applications in production environments.
. Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps).
. Proven ability to handle and resolve critical incidents under time pressure with a high level of responsiveness.
. Solid understanding of application security performance optimization and integration best practices within Mendix.
. Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a cross functional team.
. Demonstrated reliability and commitment to maintaining team stability for the full duration of the engagement.

. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in sprint-based delivery teams.
. High responsiveness in handling critical incidents with a track record of timely resolution.
. Commitment to maintaining team stability and continuity for the full duration of the engagement (no unplanned rotation off the account).
. Willingness to hold and maintain the relevant Mendix certification for the duration of the engagement.
