Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development
  • Own and execute endtoend design development for telecom software solutions.
  • Translate customer requirements into highquality scalable and maintainable software.
  • Implement industry best practices including secure coding code reviews and performance optimization.
• Programming & Tools
  • Strong handson experience in C/C development.
  • Experience with CI/CD automation pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment.
• Telecom Domain Expertise
  • Experience working in Telecom.
  • Good understanding of Packet Core components architectures and protocols.
• Agile Delivery
  • Actively participate in AGILE/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning estimation and delivery.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for seamless integration and delivery.
• Leadership & Mentoring
  • Although an individual contributor role the candidate should proactively guide and mentor team members whenever needed.
  • Contribute to technical discussions solution reviews and troubleshooting complex issues.

Job Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Telecom software development
• Strong programming skills in C/C
• Knowledge of Packet Core
• Agile development experience
• Strong problemsolving and debugging skills
• Ability to deliver independently with minimal supervision
