Job Description

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for non-product and indirect spend categories.
• Lead SCM team and complete procurement lifecycle including RFQ/RFP supplier identification evaluation due diligence negotiations contracting purchase orders and supplier performance management.
• Identify and deliver cost savings cost avoidance process improvements and value optimization opportunities.
• Develop category strategies aligned with business and operational requirements.

• Lead supplier evaluation qualification onboarding and due diligence.
• Develop and maintain an approved and competitive supplier base.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and establish effective vendor governance.
• Monitor supplier performance against agreed SLAs KPIs quality cost and service requirements.
• Identify supplier risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.

• Manage procurement across multiple indirect categories including:
  • Contingent Labour / Manpower Services Facilities ManagementEngineering proto type & Maintenance Professional Services Logistics & Transportation

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies procurement procedures approval matrices and audit requirements.
• Ensure adherence to SOX compliance and internal control requirements.
• Maintain appropriate procurement documentation and controls.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

• Lead commercial negotiations and contract finalization with suppliers.
• Monitor contractual compliance and supplier obligations.

• Analyze procurement spend
• Prepare management reports covering spend savings supplier performance procurement pipeline and key risks.
• Drive digitalization automation and standardization of procurement processes.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Supply Chain Procurement Business Administration Operations or a related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain Procurement Operations or related field preferred.
