Key Responsibilities Lead the modernization of legacy applications into scalable cloud-native microservices-based platforms. Define and drive the technical roadmap architecture execution plan and delivery milestones. Build mentor and lead high-performing engineering teams. Establish strong engineering practices across architecture quality reliability security and operational excellence. Partner with Product Architecture Platform and cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver business outcomes. Drive predictable execution across complex multi-team initiatives. Improve engineering velocity while maintaining high standards for quality and customer impact.

Qualifications Proven engineering leadership experience managing and growing teams in a complex product environment. Strong background in cloud-native architecture distributed systems microservices and application modernization. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technical transformation initiatives from strategy through execution. Experience building reliable scalable and secure enterprise-grade platforms. Strong communication stakeholder management and organizational leadership skills.

Basic Requirements

• Proven engineering leadership experience managing and growing teams in a complex product environment.
• With strong Java microservices spring boot experience
• Strong background in cloud-native architecture distributed systems microservices and application modernization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technical transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.

Leadership Microservices architecture Java

The role will lead application modernization initiatives including the transformation of legacy applications into cloud-native microservices-based architectures. The individual will be responsible for defining and executing the technical roadmap driving delivery of key microservices products and building high-performing engineering teams with Leadership Microservices architecture Java expertise.
