Bristlecone India Limited is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager to own endtoend functional delivery of SAP Transportation Management (TM) within our S/4HANA Functional Delivery practice. You will spearhead complex greenfield and brownfield projects align solutions with client business goals and serve as the key liaison between customers technical architects and senior leadership while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Bristlecone India Limited is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager to own endtoend functional delivery of SAP Transportation Management (TM) within our S/4HANA Functional Delivery practice. You will spearhead complex greenfield and brownfield projects align solutions with client business goals and serve as the key liaison between customers technical architects and senior leadership while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional design configuration and deployment of SAP TM solutions on S/4HANA.
- Manage greenfield and brownfield implementation projects from blueprint through golive.
- Translate logistics and freight business requirements into SAP TM processes and bestpractice configurations.
- Mentor coach and develop a team of consultants ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to delivery standards.
- Collaborate with technical architects to integrate TM with MM SD EWM and thirdparty TMS solutions.
- Define and oversee qualityassurance testing strategies and issueresolution activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present status reports risk assessments and mitigation plans to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with Bristlecones delivery methodology and SAP implementation guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and valueadded services to enhance client ROI.
- Support business development initiatives including proposal reviews client workshops and solutionselling activities.
Qualifications
- 15 years of handson SAP Transportation Management (TM) functional consulting experience.
- Proven success delivering both greenfield and brownfield SAP TM projects on S/4HANA.
- Deep knowledge of logistics freight and supplychain processes.
- Strong leadership and peoplemanagement skills with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholdermanagement abilities.
- SAP TM certification(s) and solid S/4HANA functional knowledge (preferred).
- Experience integrating TM with SAP EWM MM SD and thirdparty TMS platforms.
- Ability to convert complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Project management expertise (PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent) is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field; Masters preferred.
