We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - DevOpsto lead and manage an offshore operations team. This role requires a strong balance of handson technical expertiseand people management with close collaboration with the onshore team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own incident managementfor production systems including troubleshooting root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of preventive measures based on monitoring and alerts.

• Lead 24/7 operational supportthrough an oncall rotation model.

• Manage and oversee production deployments change creation and postdeployment troubleshooting.

• Drive operational excellence across infrastructure CI/CD pipelines and platform reliability.

• Design maintain and improve monitoring dashboardsand alerting (Dynatrace preferred).

• Ensure proper documentationof incidents runbooks changes and procedures (Confluence).

• Coordinate closely with the onshore teamto ensure alignment handoffs and clear communication.

• Enforce operational processes standards and continuous improvement within the team.

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9 years of professional experience and 1 years of supervisory and/or management experience.

Critical Skills

• Proven experience managing and leading DevOps / SRE / Operations teams

• Strong handson experience with:

  • Kubernetes (AKS)

  • CI/CD (GitHub and Github Actions)

  • Infrastructure management (Azure)

  • Monitoring application and infrastructure ( Dynatrace)

• Experience with incident management RCA and production support

• Strong documentation skills (Confluence/Service-now or similar)

• Experience with ServiceNow(incident change and problem management)

• Ability to operate effectively in a global / offshoreonshore model

• Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills
