Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSenior Java Developer / Tech Leadwith 1012 years of experience and strong expertise inMicroservices architecture and Spring Bootto design lead develop and maintain scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid backend foundation hands-on leadership experience and a good understanding of modern frontend technologies likeReactJS.

Key Responsibilities

Design lead develop and maintainhigh-performance Java-based applications.
Architect and build scalable and resilientmicroservices-based systemsusing Spring Boot.
Lead the development ofRESTful APIsand complex integrations with external/internal systems.
Providetechnical leadership and mentorshipto development teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers QA DevOps and product managers.
Drivearchitecture discussions design decisions and best practices adoption.
Ensure high-quality deliverables throughcode reviews unit testing and debugging.
Optimize applications for maximum speed scalability and reliability.
Own and contribute across the fullsoftware development lifecycle (SDLC).
Ensure adherence to coding standards governance and engineering excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1012 years of experiencein Java development with strong technical leadership exposure.
Strong proficiency inCore Java J2EE.
Deep hands-on expertise inSpring Boot Spring MVC Spring Security.
Strong experience inMicroservices architecture and distributed systems.
Extensive experience building and consumingRESTful APIs and integrations.
Knowledge ofHibernate/JPAand database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
Experience withDocker and containerization.
Experience withversion control tools (Git).
Proventechnical leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Good to Have Skills

Hands-on experience withReactJSor other modern frontend frameworks.
Experience withCI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitHub Actions etc.).
Familiarity withcloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
Understanding ofAPI gateways and service discovery tools(Eureka Zuul etc.).
