Stavtar is a fintech product company building Stavpay - a cloud-hosted expense management platform purpose-built for the institutional finance world. Stavpay serves Hedge Funds Private Equity firms and Family Offices providing robust financial controls real-time visibility and deep integration with leading accounting systems.

Stavpay is a highly customizable and configurable platform. Every client onboarding involves tailoring the system - custom allocation rules financial reports data loaders and configurations - to precisely fit the unique workflows of institutional finance clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer to lead client onboarding on the Stavpay platform. This is a senior individual contributor and team leadership role - you will own end-to-end technical onboarding delivery write complex SQL scripts and ETL loaders configure custom allocations and reports and ensure every client goes live accurately and on time.

Beyond hands-on delivery you will mentor junior implementation team members prepare delivery plans assign tasks and drive structured execution across onboarding projects. You will also interact directly with clients - Hedge Funds Private Equity firms and Family Offices - to gather requirements manage expectations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

x Lead end-to-end technical onboarding of new clients onto the Stavpay platform

x Analyse client-specific financial workflows and translate them into precise platform configurations

x Write complex SQL scripts and stored procedures to support custom data and reporting requirements

x Build and maintain custom ETL loaders for data ingestion from client source systems

x Develop and configure custom allocation rules and financial reports per client specifications

x Prepare detailed delivery plans for each onboarding engagement - define milestones assign tasks and track progress

x Mentor and guide junior implementation team members conducting reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions

x Interact directly with clients during onboarding to gather requirements provide status updates and resolve queries

x Collaborate with product and development teams to address configuration gaps and platform edge cases

x Document implementation configurations data mappings and client-specific setups thoroughly

x Support post-go-live stabilisation and troubleshoot data or configuration issues promptly

Required Skills and Experience

x 7-10 years of experience in implementation onboarding or technical consulting roles

x Expert-level SQL skills - complex queries stored procedures performance tuning and data transformation

x Hands-on experience building and managing ETL processes and data loaders

x Strong understanding of relational database concepts and Azure SQL or SQL Server

x Proven ability to prepare delivery plans assign tasks and manage onboarding execution

x Experience mentoring junior developers or implementation engineers

x Experience working with configurable or multi-tenant SaaS platforms

x Ability to read and Core / C# code for integration and troubleshooting context

x Solid understanding of financial and accounting concepts: allocations GL AP AR expense workflows

x Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions

x Strong analytical mindset with high attention to data accuracy and detail

Nice to Have

x Prior experience onboarding clients in financial services - Hedge Funds Private Equity or Family Offices

x Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-hosted data environments

x Experience with SSRS or other reporting tools for custom financial reports

x Knowledge of data mapping and schema design for financial data models
