Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Consultant / IAM Architect to design architect implement and lead large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions for enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in IAM architecture solution integration requirements gathering design implementation troubleshooting and client-facing consulting. The role will involve working closely with client stakeholders and technology teams in an onsite-offshore delivery model.

This position also offers opportunities to contribute to IAM strategy technology evaluation business development thought leadership mentoring and innovation initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Strong understanding of IAM architecture and enterprise security concepts.
Hands-on experience with IAM solution implementation and integrations.
Strong knowledge of:
- Identity Lifecycle Management
- User Provisioning & De-provisioning
- Authentication & Authorization
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Access Governance
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Directory Services
- LDAP / Active Directory
- Identity Federation
- API-based integrations
Experience troubleshooting complex IAM integration and production issues.
Strong understanding of enterprise application integration patterns.
Experience working with IAM products such as SailPoint Saviynt Okta Ping Identity Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD CyberArk or similar platforms is highly desirable.
Knowledge of cloud IAM and hybrid identity environments is preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow / ISC Saviynt Okta Ping Identity or Microsoft Entra ID.
Experience integrating IAM platforms with SAP Workday ServiceNow Active Directory LDAP databases and cloud applications.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs JSON XML Java JavaScript SQL and scripting/automation.
Understanding of modern authentication protocols such as:
- SAML
- OAuth 2.0
- OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- SCIM
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP is an advantage.
Knowledge of Zero Trust and modern identity security concepts is a plus.

Required Skills Hands-on experience with leading SAST and DAST tools including: Checkmarx Veracode Fortify Burp Suite OWASP ZAP Strong understanding of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) principles. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to application security. Good to Have Experience participating in or conducting Security Architecture Reviews to identify design-level vulnerabilities and ensure alignment with security best practices and organizational standards. Proficiency in Threat Modeling methodologies such as STRIDE PASTA or equivalent frameworks. Ability to systematically identify document assess and prioritize potential threats and attack vectors. Experience translating threat-model findings into actionable SAST/DAST test cases. Ability to ensure identified threats are adequately tested remediated and validated. Experience with DevSecOps cloud security container security API security and modern application architectures.

Required Education:

BE / / MCA / . in Computer Science or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
