Senior Front-end Developer

We are hiring a Senior Front-end Developer to lead building fast responsive and accessible web interfaces. You will set direction and standards mentor others and be accountable for outcomes across projects and teams.

• Set direction and quality standards for how the team will translate design mockups into responsive cross-browser user interfaces.
• Lead and review the teams work to integrate user interfaces with back-end APIs and manage application state.
• Own the approach to how the team will write test and maintain clean reusable front-end code in version control.
• Guide the team to optimise page performance and accessibility across browsers and devices.
• Own outcomes and quality across projects and teams.
• Mentor and coach colleagues and review complex work.
• Evaluate tools and approaches and advise stakeholders and leadership on trade-offs.

Accountable for results across projects or teams sets direction and standards and acts as a technical or professional authority.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 9 years of relevant experience.
• Proven record of leading delivery influencing decisions and mentoring others.
