Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Executive Procurement to join our SCM team and support procurement operations for our aircraft development program. The candidate will work closely with the existing SCM team members and will be responsible for RFQ coordination supplier follow-up purchase order processing delivery tracking documentation and procurement MIS reporting.

The role requires strong execution discipline vendor coordination skills Excel/ERP proficiency and the ability to work in a fast-paced engineering environment. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating with Engineering Quality Stores Finance Logistics and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.

A key requirement for this role is AI proficiency and digital capability. The candidate should be able to use AI tools and digital systems to improve RFQ tracking supplier communication quotation comparison procurement reporting and daily SCM productivity.

Requirements

68 years of experience in procurement / sourcing / supply chain
Strong RFQ PO supplier follow-up and delivery tracking experience
Good understanding of engineering procurement and supplier coordination
Strong Excel ERP and MIS reporting skills
Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT Copilot Claude Gemini or equivalent.
Good communication and follow-up discipline.
Experience in aerospace automotive electronics manufacturing or engineering industries preferred.
