Senior Executive AM– Engineering Projects (API)

Position: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Engineering Projects (API)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute CAPEX brownfield/greenfield and plant expansion projects from planning to commissioning.
• Coordinate engineering procurement contractors vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Handle process equipment utility piping HVAC electrical instrumentation and civil projects.
• Review URS layouts P&IDs technical specifications and vendor documents.
• Monitor project cost quality timelines and safety.
• Coordinate FAT/SAT installation commissioning qualification and project handover.
• Ensure compliance with GMP EHS quality and engineering standards.
• Maintain project documentation and support audits/inspections.

Required Experience

• 9–14 years of relevant experience in API / pharmaceutical manufacturing projects.
• Strong experience in project execution CAPEX management and contractor/vendor handling.
• Good knowledge of API plant utilities equipment installation and engineering practices.
• Strong communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of MS Project/Primavera AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
