Salesforce Service Team

Job Summary:

The Salesforce Senior Developer will serve as a key technical contributor on the Salesforce Service Team responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that support Cencoras service operations. This role requires deep expertise in the Salesforce platform and a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders architects and other technical teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced enterprise environment and is passionate about leveraging Salesforce technology to drive business value.

What Youll Do:

• Design develop test and deploy robust Salesforce solutions including custom Apex classes triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce pages

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs

• Lead and contribute to end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud features including Case Management Omni-Channel Knowledge Base and CTI integrations

• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems

• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices coding standards and governance limits

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives

• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production defects and technical issues in a timely manner

• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce development best practices

• Support data migration activities using tools such as Data Loader Workbench or MuleSoft

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications solution architecture and test plans

• Stay current with Salesforce platform releases new features and emerging technologies to recommend improvements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

• 5 yearsof hands-on Salesforce development experience

• Proficiency inApexLightning Web Components (LWC)SOQL/SOSL andVisualforce

• Strong experience withSalesforce Service Cloudconfiguration and development

• Experience with Salesforcedeclarative toolsincluding Flow Builder Process Builder and Validation Rules

• Proficiency in web technologies:HTML CSS JavaScript

• Experience withREST and SOAP APIintegrations

• Solid understanding of Salesforcedata model security model andgovernor limits

• Experience with source control tools such asGitand deployment tools such asSalesforce DX (SFDX)orCopado

• ActiveSalesforce Certified Platform Developer Iand Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultantcertification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

• Experience withMuleSoftor other integration middleware platforms

• Familiarity withSalesforce Einsteinfeatures including AI-powered case classification or chatbots

• Exposure toDevSecOpspractices and CI/CD pipeline implementation within Salesforce environments

• Experience in thehealthcare pharmaceutical or life sciencesindustry

• Familiarity withSalesforce ShieldField Audit Trail orPlatform Encryption

• Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce orgs with complex multi-cloud implementations

• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
