Senior ECU Hardware Development VM

Role Responsible for the end-to-end development and technical delivery of Electronic Control Units (ECUs) for vehicle motion and brake systems acting as the key interface between the customer and the ECU hardware development ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and manage customer and system requirements and translate them into ECU hardware track and drive project execution for ECU hardware development ensuring milestones and deliverables are delivery of hardware development outputs including schematics BOM and technical documentation for interface circuit calculations and design analysis for ECU and evaluate hardware thresholds and interfaces in collaboration with the Software compliance with applicable EMC functional safety and environmental technical topics across Hardware Software System Quality Manufacturing and other as the technical interface to customers for ECU hardware topics addressing requirements technical issues and project technical reviews issue resolution design decisions and end-to-end hardware project & Experience812 years of experience in automotive electronics / ECU hardware lifecycle experience in automotive hardware development from requirements through design verification and understanding of electronic circuits ECU architecture interfaces and hardware with hardware verification and validation including design verification methods data acquisition/analysis and HIL/MIL/SIL of MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow and model-based of automotive communication interfaces such as CAN CAN FD FlexRay and Automotive understanding of Functional Safety ISO 26262 failure mode analysis and failure with rapid prototyping and hardware with Vector CANape and in project planning tracking and technical project working in global and cross-functional development customer/stakeholder management and communication to work independently with high ownership accountability and attention to detail.
