We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Specialist to lead document collection operations and manage end-to-end workflow processes. This role requires a strong player-coach who can supervise a team ensure SLA adherence maintain data accuracy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead and manage a team of data specialists with effective task allocation and performance monitoring
Conduct regular 1:1s mentorship feedback sessions and support team development
Ensure discipline attendance management and adherence to company policies
Maintain team productivity and workflow continuity
Operations & Delivery:
Oversee daily BAU operations and document collection workflows
Ensure timely task completion within defined SLAs
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues proactively
Provide floor support and manage workflow continuity
Document Collection & Data Management:
Manage end-to-end document collection from multiple portals and sources
Ensure accurate document upload into internal systems
Monitor data pipelines troubleshoot failures and maintain workflow efficiency
Conduct audits and validations to ensure data quality
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Coordinate with onboarding product engineering and external providers
Track and resolve system issues through ticketing tools like Jira
Support process optimization initiatives
Process Improvement & Training:
Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
Support onboarding training and knowledge transfer
Maintain SOPs and workflow documentation
Required Skills:
6 years in Operations / Data Management / Fintech / Financial Services
Strong team handling and stakeholder management experience
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with Jira Salesforce Google Suite and Excel
Strong documentation SLA management and quality control expertise
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
