HIRING SENIOR C DEVELOPER INDUSTRIAL COMMUNICATION PROTOCOLS ( Capgemini)

Location: Hyderabad

We are looking for experienced C Developers with strong expertise in industrial communication protocols device integration protocol debugging and high-performance communication systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain high-performance C applications

Implement and maintain communication protocol stacks and device integration solutions

Develop communication interfaces for industrial devices and embedded systems

Implement troubleshoot and optimize industrial and file transfer protocols

Develop and maintain ODBC driver implementations and database connectivity components

Perform protocol analysis debugging and troubleshooting

Configure and integrate third-party devices using vendor technical documentation

Participate in architecture design development testing and deployment activities

Collaborate with Product Management QA customers and cross-functional teams

Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers

Ensure software quality through unit and integration testing

Develop scalable maintainable and performance-optimized solutions

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

8 years of hands-on C software development experience

Strong C programming and software development skills

Industrial Communication Protocols:

DNP3

SNMP

IEC 61850

Modbus

File Transfer & Communication Protocols:

FTP / FTPS / SFTP / TFTP

HTTP

ASCII

YMODEM / XMODEM

Strong experience in ODBC driver implementation and database connectivity

Protocol debugging and packet analysis

Wireshark / tcpdump or similar network protocol analysers

Hands-on experience with Docker

Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices

Strong debugging analytical and problem-solving skills

Required Skills:
