This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for the financial markets to gain valuable experience in AIF (Alternative Investment Fund) sales and investor relations. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and enthusiastic individual who is ready to learn and contribute to the teams success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Support: Assist in identifying potential new business channels and partnerships. Support the senior team in their fund-raising efforts by conducting research and preparing materials.
Client Communication: Support the team in managing communications with HNWIs and other investors including scheduling meetings and preparing follow-up materials.
Administrative Support: Help with the preparation of presentations reports and other documents. Ensure all data is accurately maintained in our CRM system.
Market Research: Conduct basic market research to identify potential leads and support the sales strategy.
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research networking and referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective investors and business partners.
- Assist senior management in fundraising initiatives and investor acquisition.
- Research potential clients HNIs UHNIs Family Offices Wealth Managers and Institutional Investors.
Client Relationship Management
- Coordinate meetings and interactions with prospective investors.
- Support investor communication by preparing presentations proposals and follow-up materials.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and business associates.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and investor queries.
- Market Research
- Conduct market research on investment trends competitors and potential client segments.
- Identify new distribution channels and partnership opportunities.
- Prepare reports and insights to support business development initiatives.
- CRM & Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of leads client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare MIS reports presentations and business documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development activities.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Investment Sales Marketing and Operations teams.
- Assist in organizing investor meetings webinars seminars and promotional events.
- Support ongoing fundraising campaigns and business expansion initiatives
