Key Responsibilities:

Experience in working in Finance transformation projects for US based Hi-Tech customers and have the experience of enabling entities in different countries

• Experience in finance transformation in Hi-Tech will be preferable for AR and GL candidates but must for Revenue candidate as we will asking how Revenue recognition is done for HiTech customers
• Experience of Full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementation experience as a functional resource
• Design end-to-end solutions/ business processes by leveraging Oracle ERP Financials modules including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Cash Management Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting for different countries
• Experience of Oracle ERP Financials applications to align with client-specific business processes and requirements
• Experience implementing some combination of Oracle General Ledger (GL) Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA) Accounts Receivables (AR) Accounts Payables (AP) Cash Management Fixed Assets or Treasury
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements leading fit-gap analysis as-is and to- be business process designs conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration testing client user training
• Ability to help clients rethink their Finance functions using RPA AI/ML and GenAI / Agentic AI and Analytics in conjunction with their ERP platform. You should have the experience to blend process and technology to create the next generation Finance function.
• Conduct workshops training sessions and knowledge transfer activities to empower clients to effectively utilize Oracle EBS Financials solutions
• Possess knowledge on emerging trends features and updates within the Oracle ERP Financials ecosystem and evaluate their potential impact on client implementations
• Have the experience to Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and client satisfaction AR- should have hi tech industry knowledge & exp of invoicing in multiple countries knowledge of e-invoicing cash application collections deductions. No subscription.
