About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Conversational Engineerto develop next-generation AI-powered voice and digital assistants. This role extends beyond traditional chatbot development focusing on the development of intelligent AI agents utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) prompt engineering and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered voice and digital assistants using LLMs.
• Build intelligent conversational workflows AI agents and multi-step automations.
• Design effective prompts and optimize AI responses for quality and accuracy.
• Implement RAG pipelines using enterprise knowledge sources and vector databases.
• Develop Python-based components tools and API integrations using FastAPI.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems through REST APIs webhooks and databases.
• Evaluate and leverage frontier AI models to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering and AI teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
