Senior AI Architect

Job Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Kolkata / Noida/ Gurgaon / Pune / Indore / Mumbai

The candidate should have experience or strong understanding of LLM-based applications agent orchestration LangGraph or similar frameworks Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI MCP or tool-based integration patterns and LLM observability.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-level architecture for Conversational AI experiences.

Define how user intents workflows tools APIs and backend systems interact.

Guide the use of LangGraph or similar orchestration patterns.

Define tool/API integration approach using MCP or structured contracts.

Establish observability requirements for LLM calls tool calls latency cost failures and quality.

Ensure privacy security auditability and responsible AI practices.

Support technical decision-making across frontend backend AI and cloud teams.

Work with product engineering SRE QA and security teams.

Required Skills

Experience with AI/ML Conversational AI or LLM-based products.

Hands-on experience or strong understanding of LangGraph or similar Agentic AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain Semantic Kernel CrewAI AutoGen or equivalent

Understanding of agentic AI concepts such as intent routing state tool calling fallback and orchestration.

Familiarity with Azure AI services Azure OpenAI or Azure AI Foundry.

Understanding of backend APIs cloud architecture and enterprise integrations.

Handson experience or strong understanding of LLM Observability

Good understanding of observability monitoring and logging for AI systems.

Strong communication skills and ability to explain architecture to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

MCP/tool integration experience.

Vector search exposure.

Experience in consumer-facing CRM contact center or enterprise portal systems
