Responsibilities

1. Data Entry:
2. Accurately input loan application data into the loan processing system.
3. Verify data for completeness and accuracy.
4. Update loan records with new information.
5. Documentation:
6. Prepare loan documents including loan agreements disclosures and other related paperwork.
7. Review loan documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
8. Maintain organized loan files both physical and electronic.
9. MIS Maintenance:
10. Update and maintain loan-related data in the Management Information System (MIS).
11. Generate reports from the MIS for analysis and decision-making.
12. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the MIS.
13. Follow-ups:
14. Follow up with customers on missing documents or information.
15. Track loan applications and communicate status updates to relevant parties.
16. Respond to customer inquiries regarding their loan applications.
17. Other:
18. Assist with other loan operations tasks as assigned.
19. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Education:CA Intermediate (IPCC) qualified
2. Experience:0-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role preferably in loan operations.

Skills

1. Strong understanding of accounting principles.
2. Excellent data entry and documentation skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel Word).
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
