3. Strong ability to coach teams on Agile principles Scrum best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team maturity and performance.
4. Experienced in removing impediments resolving conflicts and enabling teams to achieve sprint and release goals effectively.
5. Skilled in stakeholder management fostering collaboration between business users Product Owners development teams and leadership.
6. Proficient in Agile tools such as Agility/Jira Azure DevOps Confluence and other project management platforms.
7. Strong experience in tracking and reporting Agile metrics including velocity sprint burndown capacity planning and release progress.
8. Expertise in risk identification dependency management and proactive mitigation planning to ensure successful project delivery.
9. Facilitated PI Planning Inspect & Adapt workshops and cross-team coordination in SAFe Agile environments.
10. Driven process improvements that enhance productivity quality predictability and customer satisfaction.
11. Excellent communication leadership facilitation and mentoring skills with the ability to build high-performing self-organized teams.
