Job Summary
Scrum Master The candidate should have strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile practices excellent communication and facilitation skills and preferably experience working with EMR/EHR clinical workflows or US healthcare applications. Required Qualifications
• Experience in Agile software development with hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Scrum Agile principles and SDLC.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery.
• Strong communication facilitation conflict-resolution and stakeholdermanagement skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Development QA Product BA and DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with TFS Azure DevOps Confluence or similar Agile tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting.
• Ability to identify track and resolve risks impediments and dependencies.
• Healthcare Experience — Preferred
