Job Summary
Job title:Global SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Integration developer
Work youll do:
- Incident and Ticket Management: Analyze incident tickets related to integrations investigating both technical and functional causes.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting Integrations: Use SAP Cloud Platform and Cloud ALM/middleware monitoring tools to detect and resolve integration errors or failures.
- Error Handling and Reprocessing: Automate or execute error detection and reprocessing routines for failed data transmissions.
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform in-depth RCA for recurring integration issues recommending and implementing long-term fixes.
- Interface Maintenance and Updates: Update patch and enhance integration interfaces (e.g. with payroll time benefits systems) ensuring business continuity.
- Testing of Data Flows: Conduct end-to-end and regression testing of integration scenarios after system updates.
- Technical Documentation and Knowledge Base Maintenance: Update integration mapping data dictionary and support documentation for future troubleshooting.
- Security and Compliance Checks: Ensure integrations comply with security standards (e.g. data encryption access controls).
- Collaboration with Functional Teams: Work alongside functional consultants and business stakeholders to validate data mapping and transformation rules.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5 years experience SAP Cloud Integration certified professional
- Experience in developing and maintaining integration interfaces including data mappings transformations and workflows iflows
- Experience in XSLT and Groovy scripting
- Strong communication technical and remote collaboration skills
- Excellent organization analytical planning and leadership skills
- Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment Strong relationship building and consulting skills
- Fosters a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with clients and cross functional team members
Preferred:
- Experience on ServiceNow and Strong BSA skills
