Must-Have Skills:

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Certification
- Candidate should have a valid certification in Recruiting and Onboarding.
Implementation Experience
- Must have completed at least one full end-to-end (full life cycle) implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.
Recruiting Experience
- Should have experience with:
  - Recruiter Experience
  - Candidate Experience
  - Recruiting processes
People Analytics
- Should have practical experience using People Analytics for reporting and dashboards.
Support Experience
- Should have worked on production support resolving tickets fixing issues and handling user requests after implementation.
Recruiting & Onboarding Process Knowledge
- Should understand the complete hiring process in a global organization including:
  - Job requisition creation
  - Candidate application
  - Interview process
  - Offer management
  - Hiring
  - Employee onboarding
Business Analysis
- Should be able to:
  - Gather business requirements from clients
  - Prepare Business Blueprint documents
  - Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis (compare business needs with SAP standard functionality)
  - Configure the SAP SuccessFactors system
Communication Skills
- Must have good spoken and written English.
- Should be comfortable presenting solutions to clients and stakeholders.
