Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) ChaRM Consultant with hands-on expertise in implementing and managing ChaRM (Change Request Management) across the complete SAP landscape. The candidate should have strong knowledge of SolMan configuration ITSM processes transport management and change control mechanisms.

Experience in implementing ChaRM across complete SAP landscapes

Knowledge of Change Control Management and Transport Management

Expertise in SolMan configuration and administration

Experience in handling Normal Change Urgent Change Admin Change and Retrofit processes

Understanding of ITSM processes and SAP release management

Ability to coordinate with Basis Functional and Development teams

Experience in production support and issue resolution

Implement and configure SAP Solution Manager ChaRM for SAP environments

Manage end-to-end change management lifecycle

Configure workflows approvals and transport routes in SolMan

Coordinate transport movement across Development QA and Production systems

Monitor and troubleshoot ChaRM-related issues

Support release and deployment management activities

Work closely with stakeholders for process improvements and governance

Ensure compliance with organizational change management standards

Experience with ITSM integration

Knowledge of SAP Focused Build / Focused Insights

Exposure to SAP Basis administration

Good communication and stakeholder management skills
